Officially registered under the Malaysian Registrar of Companies, the firm is led by Dato' Sri Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Bin Mohd — a retired Chief Police Officer and former Director of Criminal Investigation at PDRM — alongside Muhammad Dhaarma Raj Bin Abdullah, a former National Hockey Coach and Olympian. Supported by a team of professional trainers, coaches, and consultants drawn from industry and academia, Cemerlang Seri MDR delivers specialized training and consulting services that deliver real, measurable transformation.
